FAQ
We will dedicate an entire developer/designer staff member to you on full-time basis, just as if they were your own employees, working only on your project. Everything related to production/development will be under your control, including his/her schedule and priorities. Your valuable time will not be wasted on daily HR and operations-related tracking. It will be our pleasure to relieve you of that pain. Office space, computers, resources, etc., do not need to be arranged. There is no office, so maintenance costs are not incurred by you. Once your requirements have been met, you can stop.

If you are a sole entrepreneur, hire developers when necessary. When you are unsure about the graphs of the work, we recommend using the hourly model.
After gathering the required information from the client, we prepare the project plan. As per plan, we divide the entire project into several milestones. Before the beginning of each milestone, the client needs to clear the payment for the respective milestone.
For example, any client may approach us with his requirement for a 12-month project. We prepare a feature list, a proposal, resource distribution and cost distribution for milestone buildup and submit them to the client for approval. According to the project’s duration, we then divide the resources and costs involved into several milestones, ranging from days to maybe months. Milestone charges do not necessarily need to be distributed equally, since that depends on resource allocation. Payments for each milestone must be cleared in advance.
Furthermore, for any short-term project or small scope of work, the client may either be required to pay the entire project cost in advance or may be required to pay half of the project cost involved upfront and the remaining half before delivery of the project.
However, considering the scale of the project, the payment structure may be further worked out for superior client satisfaction.
