  • Cancellation Because of Lack of Quality

    If you have not been satisfied with the quality of our services for any reason, you can ask for an immediate refund – provided you cancel your contract within a month of starting off – and we will refund you the unutilized amount of fees in full ASAP.

    To be precise, if you pay for a month of work, and you cancel after a period of a week or 7 days, you get back a complete 75% of the fees you have paid – no questions asked!

  • Cancellation due to Delay in Beginning Work

    After you have paid initially, we will try and assign all required resources within a period of 7 days. We also try our best to meet every deadline, however hard it is, with the resources and time allocated to us. Please note that we will need a week of ahead-time to ensure all the processes have fit in like a jigsaw puzzle and also ensure that resources and timings have been fixed.

    If we are not able to commence on time – that is within the stipulated period of 7 days – we will notify you before the week expires, along with the reasons. You will then have a choice of waiting out or cancelling your project order and asking out for a full refund. We will oblige in both cases with due diligence.
